• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival for long term stays will result in a 50% cost of reserved time.
• For short term stays, cancellations must be received 10(ten) days prior to check in or full price will be charged

• Reservations are required. A credit card is necessary to hold your reservation
• This is a non smoking suite, smoking in the suite will result in a cleaning charge of $100
